neurofeedback informed trauma therapy

Neurofeedback-informed trauma therapy combines modern neurofeedback techniques with proven trauma therapy methods to stabilise the nervous system and alleviate the effects of trauma. Neurofeedback strengthens the brain’s self-regulation, which is particularly helpful in cases of complex trauma. In addition, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), ego-state therapy and other scientifically based approaches are used. EMDR supports the processing of stressful memories, while ego-state therapy helps to integrate different ego states. This multimodal approach aims to provide holistic support for traumatised people, restore their emotional balance and promote long-term healing.

gender-affirmative-care and queer-sensitive therapy

In addition to transition-related individual therapy, my services include queer-sensitive therapy for people who would like psychotherapeutic support on other topics.

The psychotherapeutic offer of a transition support group provides tin* people with a protected, queer-sensitive space for topic-centred support during their transition process. The focus is on gender-affirmative care. In addition to the exchange of ideas and professional support, the preparation of indication letters for surgical measures is also part of the programme.

The psychotherapeutic offer of a transition-accompanying, closed group is aimed at trauma- and queer-sensitive tin* people. The group setting focusses on the psychotherapeutic needs of the participants. The *tin background of the participants is primarily intended to create a safe, supportive space in which the various psychotherapeutic concerns can find a place. The participants can benefit from my experience in schematherapeutic group therapy and dream therapy. The programme also includes the preparation of indication letters for surgical measures, if desired.
